The Wrap: Celebrity homes edition: Anastacia, Dick Martin and more

Slapstick comedy director Jerry Zucker listed his Brentwood home for $16.5 million. Zucker, a co-creator of “Airplane!” and the “Naked Gun” franchise, bought the 10,000-square-foot residence way back in 1990 for roughly $4.1 million. Talk about appreciation.

Listed by Ann Eysenring and Billy Rose of the Agency, the colonial style property stretches to more than 1.6 acres in the Mandeville Canyon area. The main house has six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, plus a separate guest house. Additional features include a sports court, library, screening room and pavilion. [Variety]

A few miles east in Beverly Hills, singer-songwriter Anastacia is also looking to part ways with her home in Beverly Hills. For $3.7 million, the split-level home comes with three bedroom suites, an expansive balcony, swimming pool, spa and a total of 4,344 square feet of space.

Like Anastacia and Zucker, jeans designer Adriano Goldschmied is also selling his home. He’s asking $2.7 million for the six-bedroom, 3,400-square-foot “bohemian” bungalow. Designed by Goldschmied’s wife, the interior designer Michela Goldschmied, the residence is adorned by colorful walls and tiles.

Finally, the last home for sale belongs to none other than the late Dick Martin and his wife, Dolly Read. The Malibu beachfront residence is listed for $10 million and was a popular hangout spot for A-listers like Frank Sinatra, Johnny Carson, Gregory Peck and Sammy Davis Jr. Built in 1946, the residence offers unobstructed ocean views and 2,551 square feet of space.
