Hollywood big-shot Suzanne de Passe has listed her Beverly Hills pad for $5.5 million.

The Emmy-winning producer and screenwriter, who is also responsible for signing Lionel Richie and the Jackson Five to Motown, has owned the property since the late 1990s but has skirted several close calls with foreclosure in the past decade.

The 6,220-square-feet Mediterranean-style residence sits on about half an acre of land in the Beverly Hills Post Office area. The residence has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and several terraces, Variety reported.

Notable neighbors include Channing Tatum, Demi Moore and Harry Styles.

De Passe was also responsible for the shows “Sister, Sister” and “Showtime at the Apollo.” [Variety]Cathaleen Chen
