“Salem” producer sells modern Malibu bungalow for $3.5M

Tricia Small purchased the 4,612-square-foot house for $1.2M in 2002

TV producer Tricia Small just sold her Malibu residence for $3.5 million, after it spent a year on the market listed at $3.7 million.

According to property records, Small purchased the four-bedroom modern abode in 2002 for $1.2 million. The 4,612-square-foot house features an array of luxury accommodations, including a 750-bottle refrigerated wine cellar, gold marble bathroom appliances and a theater.
