Talk show host and comedian Craig Ferguson is selling his beachfront residence for $6.8 million, but the property is no laughing matter.

Located in a gated community in Malibu, the 3,200-square-foot residence has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Described as having a “Cape Cod style,” the beach house has decks on both floors and a fitness room.

The property got a price cut. It was listed last fall for just under $7.2 million.

Ferguson purchased it in June 2014 for $5.6 million, Variety reported. Ferguson also owns — or very recently owned — a 15-bedroom mansion on Scotland’s western coast that he bought for $3 million as well as a multi-residence compound in the Hollywood Hills he purchased for $4.1 million.
