Selena Gomez sells Calabasas mansion to French Montana for $3.3M

From one pop star to another, this Calabasas pad will have seen its share of Hollywood drama.

Singer and actress Selena Gomez has sold her 7,229-square-foot Mediterranean-style residence to rapper French Montana for $3.3 million, TMZ reported. That’s $150,000 under the last asking price of $3.5 million.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom property features a home theater, an outdoor barbecue area and a lot of closet space. Gomez was represented by the Altman Brothers of Douglas Elliman.

Montana, who was born Karim Kharbouch, used to date Khloe Kardashian. TMZ said Gomez’ willingness to take lower offers may have something to do with the stalkers showing up at her doorstep. [TMZ] — Cathaleen Chen
