The property had been on the market since last June, around the same time Jenner publicly announced her new gender identification as Caitlyn instead of Bruce. It was the former couple’s home from 2004 to 2006.

The 4,600-square-foot pad, at 3400 Cordova Drive, was built in 2000 and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It features hardwood floors, three fireplaces, formal living and dining rooms and a vaulted entry. Outside, there is a horseshoe pit and a swimming pool.

Daniel McNamee of Coldwell Banker was the listing agent. Rodeo Realty’s Lisa Moriarty represented the buyer.

Last month, an Encino house formerly owned by Kris Jenner’s late husband, Rob Kardashian, also found a buyer. The infamous house, where OJ Simpson once hid from the LAPD for one day, sold for $1.3 million. [LAT]Cathaleen Chen
