Jason Segel lists Hollywood Hills home for just under $1.6 million

“How I Met Your Mother” actor and very tall person Jason Segel is selling his house near Los Feliz for a sliver below $1.6 million.

The nearly 2,000-square-foot property is located at Cazaux Place in the woodsy, eastern side of the Hollywood Hills. With four bedrooms and and three bathrooms, the cul-de-sac bungalow also features vaulted ceilings, an outdoor kitchen, expansive balconies and a lush garden outside.

The comedian purchased the cabin-like property in 2015 for $1.4 million. Just one year later, Segel bought another Los Feliz home from artist Shepard Fairey, famous for his Obama “Hope” poster.

Segel owns at least two other properties in L.A., according to Trulia. Both are in West Hollywood. One he bought in 2007 for $2.2 million and another in 2010 for $1.8 million. [Trulia] — Cathaleen Chen
