It’s a family business now!

As of May 19, the company known as Pardee Properties is Halton Pardee + Partners. The firm is a partnership between Pardee CEO Tami Pardee and her brother, Tony Halton.

As a longtime resident of Rancho Mirage in Riverside County, Halton focused on clientele from the desert regions of Southern California at his firm. Now, with more than 50 staffers combined, Halton Pardee + Partners will have a wider geographic scope.

The leadership and ownership of the agency will not change, according to its website. The name change reflects the addition of Halton as well as the firm’s new staff recruitments.

“They deserve to be partners in our company. Our service, expertise, and dedication remain exactly the same,” the company said in an online statement. “In other words, it’s the same PARDEE, just more family!”

Tami Pardee founded Pardee Properties more than a decade ago in her home in Venice. Since then, the company has grown 40 percent every year, she told People magazine this month. As of March, the agency has three offices in in Venice, Santa Monica and Mar Vista.

The Real Deal sat down with an interview with Pardee in March.
