Mindy Kaling re-lists Sunset Strip property at 23% discount
It may not be her primary project, but Mindy Kaling is set on selling her Sunset Strip house.
The actor, writer and producer behind “The Mindy Project” has recently slashed the price of her hilltop bungalow to just under $2 million. The 1,599-square-foot property was originally listed for $2.6 last fall — only two years after Kaling bought it for $1.7 million.
According to its listing, the property is the “best, most exciting view lot available under $2,000,000.” The two-story house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It features open plan living on the main floor, an angled kitchen with blue ceramic tile countertops, living room with a white brick fireplace and views that stretch from West Hollywood to the coastline.
Kaling owns another residence in West Hollywood — a four-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage in Beverly Grove that she bought for $1.6 million in late 2007. [Variety] — Cathaleen Chen
