Submarket Snapshot: Homes in West LA in Q1 2016

West L.A. saw 10 homes sell for more than $1 million in the first quarter, down from 20 in the fourth quarter of 2015, according to a report by the Agency.

The average sale price of those luxury homes was $1.12 million, down from $1.27 million in the previous quarter.

The average per-square-foot price was $735, down from $1,089 in the previous quarter.

Residences sold at an average of 4.1 percent below listing price.

As of April, 12 properties were listed at an average price of $1.6 million, and $699 a square foot.
