New positions have been created for former COO Mike Lafitte and former CEO of the Americas Cal Frese: They are now  the company’s Global Group Presidents. In their new roles, they will be the company’s most senior real estate global operators, reporting directly to CBRE president and CEO Bob Sulentic.

Lafitte’s official title is now “Global Group President, lines of business and client care.” Frese is the “Global Group President, geographies.”

Mary Jo Eaton, previously a leader in Florida and Latin America, is now global president of asset services and valuation & advisory services. Both Collins and Eaton will report to Lafitte.
