“Desperate Housewives” actress sells Bel Air house for $2.7 million

No, it’s not Wisteria Lane.

“Desperate Housewives” actress Nicollette Sheridan recently sold her Bel Air property for $2.7 million. Located at 2131 Roscomare Road, one can only hope that the 2,731-square-foot ranch house isn’t full of secrets, murder and illicit romance.

The Agency’s David Parnes and James Harris were the listing agents. Marlene Okulick of Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.

Sheridan purchased the residence nearly 30 years ago for under $1.2 million, or less than half of its latest price tag, TMZ reported. In recent years, she has been renting it for as much as $13,500 per month.

Sitting on a grassy 1.5 acres, the single-story residence has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, not counting the guest house with its own entrance. The main bungalow also features high ceilings, multiple sets of French doors, fireplaces and a brick-covered patio outside. [TMZ]Cathaleen Chen
