Sherman Oaks is certainly getting its fill of condos, and real estate firm Bolour Associates is the latest developer to submit plans.
The Beverly Hills-based company wants to build a 101-unit residential complex with 600 square feet of ground floor commercial space and about 150 parking spots.
Totaling 92,650 square feet, the development at 13641 West Sherman Way would first entail the demolition of a Taco Bell currently occupying the near-acre site.
Bolour purchased the Taco Bell structure and site for $1.8 million in 2007, according to CoStar. The firm has several major L.A. residential and mixed-use projects in the works, including the Amp Lofts, a live-work complex in the Arts District at 695 South Santa Fe Avenue.
Just three miles south on Weddington Street, developer Empire USA is also planning a condo project. It calls for 270 residential units.
Bolour did not respond to requests for comment.
