Submarket Snapshot: Ultra-luxury homes in Marina del Rey

Only one home worth more than $3M sold from March to May

Only one home sold for more than $3 million in Marina del Rey between March and May, according to a report by Sotheby’s International Realty. The sales volume was identical in the same period last year. 

The home sold for $7.3 million, however, trumping the $3 million sale in the previous period.
