Tinder co-founder Justin Mateen is going after a dead guy for rent.

Mateen leased his Beverly Hills home for 24 months to Barry Gesser, an associate of real-life “Wolf of Wall Street” anti-hero Jordan Belfort, for $15,000 per month.

But Gesser died last December, and now Mateen is requesting nearly $350,000 from his estate for the rest of the rent, as well as pool cleaning and other repairs, TMZ reported.

Mateen was at the center of a lawsuit against Tinder when fellow co-founder and his ex-girlfriend Whitney Wolfe accused the company of harassment and mismanagement. Mateen and Tinder president Sean Rad eventually settled. Wolfe went on to create the dating app, Bumble. [TMZ]Cathaleen Chen
