Beverly Hills’ prestigious Post Office district saw slowed luxury sales volume in the first quarter. There were 23 homes sold for more than $1 million, compared with 43 in the previous quarter, according to a report by the Agency.
The residences sold for an average of $3.6 million, down from $3.9 million in Q4 2015. They traded for $946 a square foot, down from $1,009.
As of April, 85 homes were listed in 90210, with an average listing price of $7.4 million.
