Big Sean seeks slim profit on Hollywood Hills West house
Big Sean is, in polite terms, no longer bothered by his Hollywood Hills West house. He’s got a million trillion things he’d rather do, after all.
After living in it for three years, the rapper has listed the 4,200-square-foot property for $2.3 million — more than the $1.7 million he paid for it in 2013, but hardly a flip. Mica Rabineau of Nourmand & Associates is the listing agent.
Built in 2006, the gated Mediterranean-style bungalow has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen and a media room. French doors open up to multiple balconies, and expansive windows take in city and canyon views.
Born Sean Anderson, Big Sean is an award-winning hip-hop artist, who last album “Dark Sky Paradise” hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in 2015. [LAT] — Cathaleen Chen
