It’s a wine lover’s dream.
Bill Curtis, the former executive and current vice chairman of the Robb Report, has listed his Malibu home for $15 million, complete with temperature-controlled wine cellar that holds more than 3,000 bottles, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Sally Forster Jones of John Aaroe Group is the listing agent.
The 7,500-square-foot modern-style manor sits on the coveted Broad Beach. It features vaulted walls, a formal living and dining room, a home theater, multiple terraces and the massive wine cellar with its own tasting room and wine barrel floors.
The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home has a master suite with a sitting room, fireplace and a marble-lined bathroom that opens to a balcony overlooking the sea.
Curtis bought the house more than two decades ago for $3.3 million, property records show. [LAT] — Cathaleen Chen
