Shoe manufacturer K-Swiss is stepping out of its longtime headquarters in Westlake Village — a community that shares borders with both Ventura and Los Angeles counties — and into DTLA’s PacMutual building.

PacMutual’s 460,000-square-foot spread, which sold for $200 million last September to Canadian real estate investment company Ivanhoe Cambridge and Chicago’s Callahan Capital Properties, has become a creative hub since Rising Realty gave it a head-to-toe makeover in 2012.

K-Swiss’ neighbors will include online clothes and accessories retailer Nasty Gal, which leased 50,300 square feet in the Beaux Arts-style complex.
