Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber offer “slice of Malibu” for $60M

Former supermodel Cindy Crawford and entrepreneur husband Rande Gerber have put a newly remodeled Malibu home on the market for a whopping $60 million.

The 5,252-square-foot home sits on a 3.18 acre property in Malibu’s celebrity-studded Encinal Bluffs, home to the likes of Brad Pitt and Ellen DeGeneres. The four-bedroom home comes with several spa-like baths, a wraparound terrace with unobstructed ocean views, as well as a swimming pool, a tennis court, fire pit and open-air pavilion.

The property is one of two parcels the Crawford-Gerber combo purchased in February 2015 for $50.5 million that together make up 5.9 acres. The couple also own a multi-structure estate on the next bluff over, and have saved the remaining 2.5 acres for themselves, according to TMZ.

Gerber has also teamed up with BFF George Clooney to sell their matching Cabo San Lucas vacation homes for $100 million. And wouldn’t you know, Crawford and Gerber bought an apartment one floor below George and Amal’s new digs at RFR Realty and China Vanke’s 100 East 53rd Street in Manhattan. [Variety] — Chava Gourarie
