The bigwig producer behind “That ‘70s Show” and “Nurse Jackie” has listed her Westside digs for $12.5 million.
Caryn Mandabach, whose most recent project is British drama series “Peaky Blinders,” bought the seven-bedroom, 9.5-bath residence for just under $4 million in 1994, Variety reported.
Spanning nearly 7,000 square feet, the main house features formal living areas, a library and a shaded terrace with views of both the ocean and the nearby Riviera Country Club.
The Peter Choate-designed property also includes a separate guesthouse and two double car garages. Mandabach, who founded and runs the production company behind “Peaky Blinders,” also owns an apartment in Manhattan’s Noho neighborhood that last traded for $695,000 in 2007. [Variety] — Cathaleen Chen
