Well, Slytherins always did have the best business senses.
Tom Felton, the actor who portrayed villain Draco Malfoy in the “Harry Potter” film franchise, sold his Hollywood Hills West home for $1.625 million, $176,000 more than its listing price, the L.A. Times reported.
The 1,700 square-foot, two-bedroom home, in the Nichols Canyon neighborhood, was built in the 1920s and features brick fireplaces and quaint mosaic tile, but has an updated master bathroom and kitchens.

The property comes with its own detached guesthouse complete with a kitchen, as well as a swimming pool. Felton bought the house two years ago for $1.28 million, records show.
Eli Karon of Teles Properties was the listing agent, while John Aaroe Group’s Megan Charboneau represented the unnamed buyer in the sale. [LAT] — Gabrielle Paluch
