DJ Khaled scored some major keys — the keys to Robbie Williams’ 10,700-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion.
The hip-hop producer and Snapchat guru ponied up $9.9 million for the Mulholland Estates residence, which the British pop star first listed for $11 million in June, Variety reported.
The stately chateau, described in marketing materials as a “restored modern traditional,” has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It features a double height foyer, formal living room, marble fireplace, eat-in kitchen, and gym. On the grounds, there’s a courtyard, dining loggia, swimming pool and cabana, and an outdoor fireplace.
Jeff Kohl and Mauricio Umansky of the Agency were the listing agents. Williams bought the home for nearly $5.5 million in 2002.
Khaled has been on somewhat of a spending spree in recent months, having also purchased a 6,600-square-foot home in Miami for $3.8 million. The producer, who documented the birth of his son on Snapchat in October, published a book of life and business advice late last year. [Variety] — Cathaleen Chen
