Nayssan Properties declined to comment on the filing.

The four-parcel lot spans more than half an acre and last traded hands for $6.3 million in 2003, property records show.

Nayssan, which operates on Santa Monica Boulevard just down the block, specializes in small- to mid-sized multifamily projects in West L.A. Its latest project to reach completion is the Fifteen26 condos on Armacost Avenue, according to its website. The developer is also working on the 56-foot Sawtelle Terraces residential complex in Sawtelle Japantown.
