The owners of a sprawling estate on Hazen Drive in Beverly Hills are seeking a steep profit.

They have listed the 10,000-square-foot home for $17.8 million, after acquiring it in 2015 for $12 million an extensively renovating it, The Real Deal has learned.

The six-bedroom, eight-bath estate is registered under an address associated with the Washington Companies in Missoula, Mont., founded by self-made construction billionaire Dennis Washington, whose net worth is said to be $6.2 billion. The nature of the Washington family’s association with the property could not, however, be confirmed.

Rayni Williams of Hilton & Hyland has the $1,780-a-square-foot listing.

Surrounded by lush gardens, the home features a purple wood-paneled office, a library and a master suite with a private balcony, sitting room, and fireplace. Its interiors were designed by celeb-favorite Trip Haenisch, whose clients include Courtney Cox and Christina Aguilera.

Constructed in 1992, the property was previously owned by actor Jonathan Frakes, best known for his role as Commander William Riker in “Star Trek,” and actress Genie Francis, who played Laura Spencer on ABC’s “General Hospital.”
