Douglas Fregolle, founder of promotional marketing firm Doug Fregolle Promotions, helps clients like Honda and FOX create event merchandise and corporate gifts — but this time around, he’s got his own product to sell.

The executive has pocket listed his 5,193-square-foot Beverly Hills home for $13.5 million, The Real Deal has learned.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom Loma Vista Drive residence in Trousdale Estates boasts a 100-foot wall of automated Fleetwood sliding glass – opening up to a Balinese-inspired garden with an infinity pool and koi pond.

Fregolle purchased the home in 2014 for $4 million and oversaw extensive renovations to the property, according to property records. He launched his business in 1997 after leaving Toyota Motor Sales.

Jason Oppenheim of the Oppenheim Group has the listing.
