CBRE‘s Lewis Horne is moving up. He was just promoted from Los Angeles and Orange County division president to be the head head of the brokerage’s new Southern California-Hawaii division, the CBRE announced Tuesday.
Horne oversaw the L.A. and Orange County division since 2005. In his new role, he will manage 16 regional offices, including Downtown L.A., north L.A., Beverly Hills and the South Bay. He will work under Jack Durburg, CBRE’s CEO for the Americas.
Horne joined CBRE in 1984 as a industrial brokerage professional.
Meanwhile, JLL has a new western managing director of healthcare solutions. Rob Perez, formerly a sales VP for the Innovation Institute, a company that develops healthcare product and software, will work out of JLL’s L.A. office. He will focus on helping hospitals and health systems enhance their interactions with patients and optimize profit through real estate.
Marcus & Millichap also has a fresh poach: Bryan Schellinger, who joins the firm from ARA Newmark, according to his LinkedIn. Schellinger will work with Ronald Harris, the executive managing director of investments, and focus on middle market and private client segments. At ARA Newmark, Schellinger was a managing director.
