Former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Yolanda Hadid is selling her luxury condominium at the 24-story Carlyle Residences.
The mother of fashion models Bella and Gigi Hadid and ex-wife of composer, songwriter and producer David Foster is listing her Westwood pad for $4.9 million, Variety reported.
The 3,950-square-foot condo has a monthly homeowner’s association fee of $3,865. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an additional suite on a second floor suitable for use as a private office or staff quarters, according to the listing.
The condo has its own entrance from a private elevator foyer with additional accents such as automated UV-blocking window shades, crystal chandeliers and three parking spaces. Building perks include a private lounge for residents, a wine cellar with private lockers, a valet and concierge services.
Hadid purchased the condo post-divorce in December 2015 for $4.59 million, according to property records. She purchased it shortly after she and her ex-husband Foster sold their 3.25-acre Malibu mansion for $19.5 million.
Hadid was previously married to developer Mohamed Hadid, who is currently renting the recently listed $85 million Bel Air mansion he developed and sold to its current owners.
