The Pacific Palisades home of the late television mogul Michael King was the priciest listing last week with an asking price of $38 million.

However, it’s not the first time the gated mansion hit the market. It first listed back in May 2016 for $42 million. King, who died in May 2015, and his wife Jena, who is listing the property, custom built the home after purchasing the site in 2002.

Here are the top five single-family home listings of the past week in Los Angeles, according to TRD’s analysis of Redfin and MLS data.
