Taking flight? “Birdman” producer wants $2.45M for Malibu nest

“Birdman” producer James Skotchdopole has listed his Malibu nest for $2.45 million, Variety reported.

The Oscar-winning filmmaker bought the ranch-style cottage in the early 1990s for $630,000. It spans just over 1,700 square feet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The property features an open living area with maple wood floors and a stone fireplace, a dining terrace, a media lounge and an open-plan kitchen. The master bedroom has its own terrace with French doors.
