The Beverly Park mansion previously owned by billionaire Detroit Pistons owner Tom Gores was last week’s priciest listing in Los Angeles.

The 24,000-square-foot mansion, developed by Gala Asher and Ed Berman, hit the market for $49 million. Gores sold the property five months ago for a record-breaking $40 million. 

If the seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom home trades for its asking price it will be the priciest sale in Beverly Park history, The Real Deal previously reported.
