The priciest home listings in LA last week
The Beverly Park mansion previously owned by billionaire Detroit Pistons owner Tom Gores was last week’s priciest listing in Los Angeles.
The 24,000-square-foot mansion, developed by Gala Asher and Ed Berman, hit the market for $49 million. Gores sold the property five months ago for a record-breaking $40 million.
If the seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom home trades for its asking price it will be the priciest sale in Beverly Park history, The Real Deal previously reported.
