La La Land may have a shot at Best Picture after all.
That is, if the National Association of Realtors had its own Oscars for listing videos.
For their $8.5 million multi-home listing in Encino, Partners Trust agents Mark Rutstein and Horacio LeDon created a “La La Land-inspired” video, in which dancers take on the roles of Mia and Sebastian from the original movie, and dance to the soundtrack while traipsing through the property.
If anything, these dancers give Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone a run for their money.
The compound itself contains three contiguous houses on a 1.5-acre lot. They total over 10,000 square feet, with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
The ending of the seven-minute listing video even nods to the now-infamous Oscars mishap in which Warren Beatty mistakenly names “La La Land” as the winner of the Best Picture category when in fact the winner was “Moonlight.”
