Is Angelina Jolie jumping on the Los Feliz bandwagon?

The actress, who recently split from husband Brad Pitt, is rumored to have made an offer on the $25 million Cecil B. DeMille estate in the neighborhood, according to Variety. It wasn’t clear if her offer would be accepted.

The 11,000-square-foot mansion hit the market just two weeks ago, The Real Deal first reported, and is owned by novelist Richard Grossman and his wife, art consultant Lisa Lyons.

DeMille bought the 2.1-acre compound in Laughlin Park in 1916 for just under $28,000 and lived there until his death in 1959.

In addition to a Beaux Arts-style main house, the estate includes a tea house above the swimming pool, a pool house with a fitness room and a separate guesthouse studio. There are six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
