What’s old is new again — at least for last week’s priciest home listing in Los Angeles.

A mansion previously owned by “Touched by an Angel” actress Della Reese-Lett stole the top spot.

Della and her husband Franklin, a producer, sold the 11,805-square-foot mansion in 2014 for $7.5 million to San Diego investment firm Pathfinder Partners, according to property records.

The firm completed construction on the home this year, listing it for $23.5 million.

The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion features motorized sliding glass walls, a guest house, a theatre, a gym and an infinity pool.
