Relativity Media founder Ryan Kavanaugh is seeking to profit off some recently acquired real estate.

He listed his Brentwood estate this week with an asking price of $10.5 million, or $1,154 a square foot, as well as a HOA fee of $640 per month. Kavanaugh bought the Hampton-style home less than a year ago for $9.8 million with his third wife, model Jessica Roffey.

The 9,100-square-foot property inside the guard-gated community of Brentwood Circle features six bedrooms and six bathrooms, Variety reported.

The master suite has its own fireplace and private terrace, which looks out to a backyard featuring a custom putting green, swimming pool and spa. There is also a separate guest house and potting shed.

Kavanaugh resigned from Relativity earlier this year and is currently battling it out in court with Adam Fields, former president of Relativity, who alleges that the movie financier “lavished himself with helicopters, private jets and extravagant gifts for starlet girlfriends,” according to Variety.

Kavanaugh also owns an East Coast-style home in Point Dume, which he purchased in 2013 for $7 million from Howie Mandell. The home was put on the market in April 2016 for $10 million and dropped to $8.9 million before it was taken off the market in September. [Variety]Subrina Hudson
