The priciest home listings in LA last week
Mark Kress, creator of a cosmetic solution for thinning hair, listed his Doheny Estates home in Beverly Hills for $25 million, or $3,016 a square foot, making it the priciest home listing in Los Angeles County last week.
Kress purchased the home just a year ago for $19.84 million. At the time, the 2016 deal was the highest price paid for a home on the Bird Streets since 2013, as The Real Deal reported.
