The Marina del Rey home of late actress Florence Henderson and her husband, John Kappas, has listed for sale with an asking price of $2.79 million.

The couple were avid sailors and moved into the home because of its location across from the California Yacht Club, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Henderson and Kappas paid $1.02 million for the property in 2000, records show.

The 3,237-square-foot home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and is one of 12 homes on a private, gated street.

The master suite has a built-in reading nook and fireplace and a  loft space on the third floor has doors leading to a rooftop deck. The library is nicknamed the President’s Room because Henderson has photos with every U.S. president dating back to Dwight Eisenhower, according to the Times.

Henderson, who died last year at age 82, started as a chorus singer for the Broadway musical “Wish You Were Here.” She was also the first female guest host of “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.” However, her role as Carol Brady on “The Brady Bunch” made her a cultural icon.
