From the TRD Los Angeles: Italian film producer Gianni Nunnari sold his gated beachfront home on Malibu Cove Colony for $10.4 million. The contemporary-style home built in 1988 was owned by actor Bruce Willis more than ten years ago and was asking $11 million.
