The priciest home listings in LA last week
Two is better than one for mega-mansion developer Nile Niami.
The builder listed two homes last week – one on N. Crescent Drive and another on St. Ives Drive – and both made it on The Real Deal’s list of priciest home listings in LA last week.
The listing for Niami’s 15,096-square-foot mansion on N. Crescent Drive, next to the Beverly Hills Hotel, landed at the top of the list with an asking price of $28.9 million.
The renovated property features six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and an open floor plan for entertaining, as well as a kitchen imported from Italy, a 20-person home theater and a cocktail bar and wine cellar.
Niami purchased the home for $15.5 million in 2014 from an entity linked to Marianne Metropoulos, film producer and wife of billionaire investor Dean Metropoulos, The Real Deal previously reported.
