Jeremy Piven, the “Entourage” star known for his performance as take-no-prisoners Hollywood agent Ari Gold, may have bagged himself a new pad.

Piven is nearing a deal to buy a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house on Achilles Drive near Laurel Canyon for $2.25 million, sources told The Real Deal. The transaction has not yet closed.

Suejeung Hong, the listing agent for the 2,851-square-foot house, was not immediately available for comment. A Piven spokesperson could not be reached.

The two-story French-style house has granite floors, a sunken living room with a fireplace, a master suite with a sauna and a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi.

Piven also reportedly owns a three-bedroom pad in Malibu, which he acquired in May 2004 for $3.5 million.

Among his current projects, Piven is slated to set to star alongside Jamie Foxx in “All Star Weekend,” Foxx’s directorial debut.
