Topping the leaderboard is Mauricio Umansky of the Agency, with $429.5 million in sales. He’s closely followed by Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, with $413.2 million in sales, and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency with $405.9 million. Per TRD‘s methodology, the total sales volume accounts for both sides of a sale, meaning that agents are credited twice if they represented both the buyer and seller on the same transaction.

Hilton & Hyland came up top for total sales over the past year, with the largest chunk of deals over $7 million. They were followed by the Agency and Coldwell Banker. Overall, there were $3 billion in sales over $7 million closed during the period. Read the full story here.
