From LLNYC: There are certain restaurants where the food is just as glamorous as the social scene. Case in point: Nobu Matsuhisa’s eponymous Nobu restaurant.

Known for its five-star cuisine and decadent Japanese-inspired interiors, you’re likely to spot a Kardashian at this California go-to. The L.A.-based sushi bar is such a celebrity staple, it’s even name-dropped in three Drake songs and a Kanye track. That said, the opening of their luxury hotel Nobu Ryokan Malibu is bound to attract a star-studded guest list.

Overlooking Carbon Beach along the Pacific Coast Highway, the lodge draws from the area’s laidback California style while boasting Nobu’s signature Japanese design. [More]
