What’s new, Pussycat? Tom Jones is listing his Beverly Hills digs to the tune of $8 million, that’s what.

The contemporary Mediterranean pad spans 8,150 square feet and takes in views of Mt. Baldy.

The five-bedroom Mulholland Estates home was previously shopped off-market, the Los Angeles Times reported. It features a two-story entry, a media room, a wood-paneled library and loggia in the backyard.

Jones bought the property for $2.65 million in 1998. Joyce Rey of Coldwell Banker and Cecelia Waeschle of Sotheby’s International Realty share the listing. [LAT]Cathaleen Chen
