After settling into a new $16 million home in Hancock Park, Netflix Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos and  his wife, Nicole Avant, are trying to part ways with their Beverly Hills home — again.

The couple first listed the home on North Rexford Drive in 2015, for a brief period of time, with an asking price of $9.3 million. But the French Country Tudor home is now asking $8.9 million, half a million dollars less than its original ask.

The 6,138-square-foot home with five bedrooms and six bathrooms has front and back stairways that lead to a master suite with its own fireplace, terrace and his and hers baths, Variety reported.

The couple purchased the home in 2010 from fashion magnate Max Azria for $5.4 million.

In 2015, they picked up a 15,110-square-foot mansion in Hancock Park on more than 1.5-acres for $15.9 million.

Sarandos is seen as largely responsible for the success of streaming service Netflix, which pulled in 54 Emmy nominations last year. His wife, Avant, is former ambassador to the Bahamas and the daughter of legendary music executive Clarence Avant. [Variety] — Subrina Hudson
