Last month, Nourmand & Associates recruited Eitan Constine. The agent was hired to join Rochelle Maize’s team at the brokerage firm out of Teles Properties Beverly Hills’ office, where he worked for two years. Prior to Teles, Constantine was an agent for Berkshire Hathaway.

Law firm Allen Matkins has promoted three of its own, electing them as new partners. Litigator Nancy Fong and Keith Pollock are based in the firm’s L.A. office, while real estate attorney Richard Miltimore works in San Diego. Their partnership is effective next month.

Fong’s expertise is in construction, employment, and financial services litigation, while Pollock focuses on leasing, acquisition, and the borrower side of finance.
