Lindsey Buckingham seeks landslide profit on $22.5M Brentwood home

Lindsey Buckingham is ready to go his own way — and he’s leaving his Brentwood mansion behind.

The Fleetwood Mac guitarist has listed the Westside home for $22.5 million, nearly quadruple what he paid for it.
Buckingham bought the six-bedroom abode just five years ago for $5.8 million, the Los Angeles Times reported. The home has since been extensively renovated and redesigned, according to marketing materials.

It sits on a nearly one acre-lot and comprises 7.75 bathrooms, a formal living, multiple dining rooms, a chef’s kitchen, a library and a screening room. Outside, there’s a guest house across from the swimming pool, as well as terraces, an outdoor shower and a fire pit.
