Former NBC TV chair Jeff Gaspin is trading Hidden Hills for Brentwood with the purchase of a new $9.3 million home.

Gaspin, now the president of Primary Wave Entertainment, snagged the 8,500-square-foot contemporary abode on Homewood Way in late June, sources told The Real Deal.

It comprises six bedrooms and seven bathrooms as well as a home theater, a chef’s kitchen, a pool, a basketball court and barbeque area.

Records show that the property last traded for $3.5 million as a lot. It was acquired by two couples, among whom is developer Joseph Shamolian of Precise Properties.

Santiago Arana of the Agency had the listing, while his colleague Craig Knizek represented Gaspin.

Meanwhile, the executive’s former home, a 1.7-acre spread in Hidden Hills, sold for $6.4 million last week, the Los Angeles Times reported. Gaspin and his wife, Karen Gaspin, purchased that property for $5.5 million in 2010, according to property records.

Gaspin served as chairman of NBC from 2009 to 2011, handling the company’s cable and broadcast networks, according to the Times. He joined Primary Wave last year.

The buyer of his Hidden Hills manse may have some interesting neighbors. Down the street from Gaspin’s former home is the Cape Cod-style property of Kardashian daughter Kylie Jenner, who dropped $12 million on a 7,040-square-foot property on the street in October 2016.
