Marc Renard, Jimmy Chai and Manfred Schaub of Cushman & Wakefield have the listing.

Marketing materials suggest that the theatre, first opened in 1926, can be converted into a retail hub, creative office, or night club.

The building has been vacant since its acquisition by the CRA/LA in 2008. [Curbed] — Naiwen Tian
