“Law & Order: SVU” producer asking $4M for Brentwood home

Neal Baer, a veteran TV writer and producer on series such as “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” and “ER,” is looking to sell his his home on top of the Crestwood Hills.

The two-bedroom property features floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of the Getty Center, Variety reported. The house, built in 1955, also has a brick fireplace, guest bedroom and a private deck.

Baer purchased the 2,351-square-feet property in 2014 for $3.5 million and is now seeking roughly $4.2 million for it.
