Two views of the Los Angeles Country Club are certainly better than one.
The ultra-luxe Beverly West tower saw two of its condominiums hit the market last week, asking over $8 million — and squeezing into the list of the week’s priciest properties.
The more expensive residence is asking $8.5 million with a monthly homeowner’s association fee of $5,057. The 3,818-square-foot condo on the 10th floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Located on the sixth floor, the second condo has an asking price of $8.2 million and a monthly HOA fee of $5,161. The 3,858-square-foot property also has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Beverly West is owned by developer Emaar Properties, whose projects include the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa, and the world’s largest shopping mall, Dubai Mall.
The 22-story building has a 24-hour doorman, concierge service and valet. There’s also a fitness center, saltwater pool, spa, sunbathing deck and personal service elevator.
